“The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness,
The world and those who dwell therein.
For He has founded it upon the seas,
And established it upon the waters.
Psalm 24:1-2

Eddies formed along a rocky river bank;
swirling in steady circles to shape winsome whirlpools whirling in flowing currents.
A few spun ever so slowly, in hopes of breaking current. Yet, their strength too weak to break the powerful flow of river waters.
Others took a different approach twirling with such enthusiasm, eroding the existing river bank and leaving destruction behind.
I studied one eddy, eluding my view. It was humble in spirit, diligent in duty, a treasure of truth working effortlessly with the river.
If I am truly established in God and firmly grounded in His Word should I not be like this eddy? Humble, diligent and walking in truth?
